The Wharf42 Insights Programme has been inspired by last year’s launch and this year’s planned refresh of the New Zealand Agritech Story.
With New Zealand’s borders closed for the foreseeable future, understanding the changing global landscape is critical for our agritech businesses. Leveraging our global networks, Wharf42 plans to provide market insights which will reflect the conversations we are having with our partners.
Sharing insights is the first part of the Programme. The second is ensuring that New Zealand agritech businesses have the capability to take advantage of these insights. This means developing marketing and sales strategies which reflect the opportunities we see. Strategies that understand who your customer is and why they should buy your product or service.
Capability building is an important part of the Agritech Industry Transformation Plan. Closed borders have added an extra dimension to this metric. The Wharf42 Insights Programme is being established to address this.
